A Teen Died Because of Her Naughty Girlfriend Who Putted a Hickey(Chikinini) on Him
Romantic connections are unstable feely in nature. A standout amongst the most mainstream affectionate acts while getting of libido is a love bite, or in popular terms a hickey, in pinoy slang ‘Chikinini’. A hickey is the playful biting and sucking of a lover to leave a blemish or mark on the skin. Regularly, a hickey gives the impression of asserting domain to the partner. This is popular particularly among adolescents, with a considerable lot of them notwithstanding taking it to social media to flaunt that they’re seeing someone.
As per reports, Julio Macias Gonzales from Mexico played around with his 24-year-former sweetheart. When he got back home for supper, the 17-year-old shook and collapsed before his family. He was rushed to the hospital, yet doctors were not able revive him.
The culprit? A hickey. While it is made with loving intention, it was the love bite on his neck that created a blood cot on his brain and prompted the stroke, which eventually took his life.
This isn’t the first case of a hickey causing a death-dealing experience. News in 2011 reported a woman from New Zealand who suffered from a stroke. Doctors couldn’t pinpoint the reason at first, until they saw a blemish on her neck.
Just like with Julio’s case, the love bite resulted to the formation of a blood cot reaching to her heart. Fortunately, the 44-year-old woman was able to survive the minor stroke. Her doctor, Dr. Teddy Wu from Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, jotted down in his medical journal:
